HUB Coordinator - Minneapolis

About the role

Oversee hub operations, vehicle fleet coordination, route planning, team support, and data handling to ensure efficient and high-quality data collection and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hub operations at assigned facility locations.
• Ensure that hub facilities meet the standards agreed with the customer (protection protocols and security).
• Manage storage infrastructure for DDC fleet vehicles and accommodate APR vehicle needs.
• Oversee vehicle reception at designated hub facilities and coordinate vehicle set up upon receipt.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and minor inspection checks.
• Oversee implementation of required vehicle system updates and software as per customer requests.
• Monitor vehicle uptime and address maintenance needs promptly.
• Plan routes to maximize data collection effectiveness under varying conditions (time frames, directions, weather).
• Continuously optimize routes based on performance data and collection targets.
• Support completion of Dursuite and driver’s hours control sheet.
• Complete driving sheets and assign daily shifts (multiple shifts per day, 7 days/week).
• Support dispatch operations and monitor personnel performance using the Samsara tool.
• Conduct evaluations, handle conflict resolution, and maintain positive team morale.
• Support execution of training and onboarding for new team members.
• Ensure all assigned personnel meet technical and professional qualifications.
• Orchestrate and monitor data handling operations in accordance with client specifications.
• Manage collection and secure transportation of recorded data storage media.
• Monitor daily data collection progress against monthly targets.
• Provide regular reporting to Project Managers on operational status.
• Identify operational issues and work proactively to resolve them.
• Report any discrepancies in operations or deviations from plan.
• Compile daily and weekly performance metrics.
• Interface with IDIADA senior management and client stakeholders as needed.
