About the role

MxV Rail seeks a Senior Systems Engineer I to support the Communications and Train Control (C&TC) team in defining, designing, modeling, testing, and evaluating C&TC technologies for the railroad industry.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, model, test, and evaluate C&TC technologies for the railroad industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new C&TC technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
• Experience with railway communication systems and train control technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in relevant software tools and programming languages.
