Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of soups and sides, rotating daily to offer a fresh experience each visit.
• Ensure all dishes are made fresh and to order, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide recommendations based on their preferences and dietary needs.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized kitchen space, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to menu preparation and customer service.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid food handler’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Jamaican cuisine preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices.

Skills

• Attention to detail.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
