About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals to join our team at our drug and alcohol rehab center in Southern California. Our facility provides a supportive environment for individuals recovering from substance use disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices and holistic approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals in recovery from substance use disorders.
  • Facilitate therapeutic procedures and healing practices tailored to individual needs.
  • Assist in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.
  • Monitor and document client progress throughout their recovery journey.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all clients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of licensed specialists to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate clients on healthy lifestyle habits, including nutrition and wellness practices.

Requirements

  • Relevant certification, licensure, or experience in addiction treatment, counseling, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices in substance use treatment.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to supporting individuals in recovery.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a residential or outpatient treatment setting is a plus.
