HTO - Truck Service Technician 3

About the role

HOLT Truck Centers is seeking a Truck Service Technician 3 to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of trucks and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair trucks and related equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality control standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Truck Service Technician.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current ASE certification or willingness to obtain within one year of employment.
• Experience with Caterpillar and/or other heavy-duty truck brands.

Pay

$X per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and holiday work.
