HSEQ Coordinator

About the Role

Keller, the world leader in geotechnical construction and deep foundations, is seeking a dedicated and proactive HSEQ Coordinator to provide full-time safety support on a variety of projects across the United States and possibly Canada. This is a heavy travel position, and relocation is not required. Candidates can be based anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing safety and environmental hazard activities for projects.
• Support project teams in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct routine safety inspections as directed by the Business Unit Safety Manager.
• Report inspection results and assist with corrective action planning.
• Acquire necessary resources to close out corrective actions.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure closure of unsafe, defective, or non-compliant items.
• Facilitate employee training on safety and environmental topics.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• CSP, CHST, OSHT, or other accredited professional designations preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of construction safety experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and travel documentation.
• Availability for continuous, year-round project travel.

Pay

Salary Range: $75,000 to $100,000 per year, DOE (Actual salary based on experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location, or other factors permitted by law)
