About the role

The HSE Specialist role at Panduit empowers you to shape programs, influence leaders, and drive meaningful change that protects people and strengthens operations every day. Responsibilities

  • Conduct field-based risk assessments and prepare clear, data-driven reports with practical mitigation recommendations to improve safety performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Execute HSE initiatives and programs that protect employees and strengthen operational safety.
  • Partner with senior HSE leadership to develop, enhance, and maintain key health and safety programs in alignment with Panduit’s Health & Safety Manual and applicable regulations.
  • Implement program updates and ensure ongoing compliance across all operations.
  • Lead engaging, in-person training and certification programs that build safety capability across the organization.
  • Review and refine training content to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business needs.
  • Support and lead special HSE projects across domestic and international sites, identifying and mitigating safety, environmental, and security risks while contributing to broader business initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in health safety environmental capacity, manufacturing, production, medical.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience leading teams with multiple direct reports.
  • Certification: ISO9000 Lead Auditor

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.

Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $55,000 - $68,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Schedule

All roles, including remote positions, require an in-person interview as part of the hiring process.

Work Shift

Work shifts are available in the United States of America.
