Hse Specialist / Aspp

About the role

Support the technical management in applying the HSEQ management system, with a focus on workplace safety, for a company active in construction sites and environmental services, based in Mantua.

Responsibilities

• Support RSPP and PM in safety management and preparation of DVR, POS and PSC.
• Manage and update safety documentation for construction sites and subcontractors.
• Support managers and supervisors in safety management towards subcontracted companies.
• Participate in safety inspections on construction sites.
• Monitor mandatory deadlines (training, PPE, health surveillance, checks).
• Contribute to the application of the HSEQ Management System.

Requirements

• Technical diploma (surveyor, industrial technician) or degree in Engineering, Architecture, Geology.
• Completion of ASPP course (modules A and B).
• Minimum experience in the role (3–4 years).
• Preferably from construction, remediation or similar sectors.
• Good knowledge of construction site safety regulations.
• Ability to manage HSE documentation and operations.
• Team‑working attitude, precision, autonomy and proactivity.

Pay

Gross annual salary between €30,000 and €38,000, to be defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.

Schedule

Full‑time position.
