Responsibilities
- Adapting training concepts and instruction methods about HSE matters and supporting the accountable functions in training all employees to carry out risk assessments.
- Tracking HSE incidents and provide measures, including training to avoid similar events in the future.
- Making sure risk assessments are carried out and continuously updated, and providing guidance throughout the risk assessment process.
- Developing and maintaining policies and procedures that will reduce risks and promote awareness.
- Supporting the planning, implementation, and maintenance of plant installations, as well as social and sanitary facilities.
- Consulting the purchasing of technical equipment and the introduction of working methods and materials.
- The design and layout of workplaces, working sequences, working environment, and all other ergonomic issues.
Qualifications
- A scientific process engineering degree or other technical oriented academic studies, or other academic studies.
- A minimum of 3 years related HSE experience, engineering or process operations.
- HSE Management Systems Internal Auditor training.
- Safety Culture tools.
- Freudenberg Guiding Principles / Health Safety Environmental.
