HSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Adapting training concepts and instruction methods about HSE matters and supporting the accountable functions in training all employees to carry out risk assessments.
• Tracking HSE incidents and provide measures, including training to avoid similar events in the future.
• Making sure risk assessments are carried out and continuously updated, and providing guidance throughout the risk assessment process.
• Developing and maintaining policies and procedures that will reduce risks and promote awareness.
• Supporting the planning, implementation, and maintenance of plant installations, as well as social and sanitary facilities.
• Consulting the purchasing of technical equipment and the introduction of working methods and materials.
• The design and layout of workplaces, working sequences, working environment, and all other ergonomic issues.

Qualifications

• A scientific process engineering degree or other technical oriented academic studies, or other academic studies.
• A minimum of 3 years related HSE experience, engineering or process operations.
• HSE Management Systems Internal Auditor training.
• Safety Culture tools.
• Freudenberg Guiding Principles / Health Safety Environmental.
