HSE Manager

About the role

The HSE Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety, health, and environmental standards are met within the organization. This includes conducting regular audits, implementing safety protocols, and addressing any incidents that arise.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety audits and provide feedback to management
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures
• Respond to and investigate workplace accidents and near-misses
• Train employees on safety and emergency response procedures
• Collaborate with external consultants to improve safety practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management
• Proven track record in managing safety programs and initiatives
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong knowledge of HSE management principles
• Experience with risk assessment and hazard identification

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
