Job Summary Health, Safety and Environmental Manager, will promote HS&E awareness and provide support to the Coil Springs Mubea Business Units through effective communication and administration of HS&E programs, processes and procedures. This position will learn all aspects of plant safety to help drive the safety culture. Job Summary Monitor HS&E compliance regulations and provide technical support to HS&E team and plant managementUnderstand federal, state HS&E regulationsCommunicate HS&E policies to management and employeesManage Workers’ Compensation ProgramRetain environmental records for storm water and air qualityDaily safety and environmental trackingResponsible for the administration of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systemsReview safety committee meeting minutes and safety audit reports and follows up as necessaryReview injury and illness and non-injury incident investigation reports and takes appropriate actionsPrepare written EH&S documents, communicationsIdentify and coordinate EH&S trainingParticipate in safety meetings, audits, committee meetingsIdentify and effectively resolve safety issuesInterface with suppliers, vendors and visitors as needed Duties and Responsibilities Bachelor degree in HS&E, or relevant field of study, master degree desirableAt least 5 years experience in manufacturing or operations environmentISO 14001 knowlegeOSHA knowlegde What we offer Mubea leads in innovation, design, development, and production of engine, suspension, transmission and body components.
