HSE Manager Location: Prescott, AR (Onsite) Compensation: $140,000-$155,000 base salary + bonus potential + 401(k) + Employee Stock Purchase Plan + comprehensive benefits About the Opportunity A leading building materials manufacturer is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to serve as the senior Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security leader for a 24/7 manufacturing facility. This individual will drive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, reduce operational risk, and partner closely with plant leadership to support operational excellence and business continuity. What You'll Do Lead all environmental, health, safety, and security programs for the facility.Own site-wide safety KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and corporate standards.Conduct audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.Drive behavior-based safety programs and employee engagement initiatives.Lead emergency preparedness and response planning efforts.Partner with operations, maintenance, quality, and distribution leadership teams.Develop proactive strategies to identify and eliminate workplace risks.Support ISO 14001 environmental management and sustainability initiatives.Foster a culture where safety remains the top operational priority. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety, or a related technical field.8+ years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience within manufacturing.Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.Experience with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.Experience conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and safety program development.ISO 14001 experience.Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional influencing skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications CSP (Certified Safety Professional) certification.Master's degree in a related field.Manufacturing and distribution experience.Multi-site or regional EHS exposure.Experience leading safety culture transformation initiatives.
