Responsibilities
- Teach special education classes aligned with district curriculum
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with other special education teachers, administrators, and support staff
- Assist in the development and implementation of the district's special education plan
Requirements
- Texas Teacher Certification
- Special Education Certification
- $5,000 incentive pay for SPED Certification
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Experience working with students with disabilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Skills
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
- Proficiency in using assistive technology
Pay
