About the Role
Teachers plan, implement, and supervise all classroom activities, working with typically developing children and children with disabilities. This position collaborates with an integrated team to support the goals of the program.
Responsibilities
- Perform essential teaching functions, including planning and implementing classroom activities.
- Support program goals through collaboration with an integrated team.
- Work with both typically developing children and children with disabilities.
- Additional responsibilities required for all positions as assigned.
Qualifications
Required/Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in another discipline is acceptable with 18 hours of coursework in early childhood education.
Work Experience
- Experience working with young children and/or teaching experience (highly desirable).
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; may be required for certain locations/assignments.
