Responsibilities
- Manage system configuration, maintenance, updates, and enhancements
- Support Workday modules including: Core HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Learning, Payroll
- Manage business processes, security, workflows, and user access
- Ensure system integrity, security, and compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve HR and business processes
- Leverage Workday Success Plans and vendor resources
- Drive automation and process efficiencies
- Lead governance activities and Workday Steering Committee efforts
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics
- Provide insights supporting workforce planning and organizational decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6+ years of Workday administration and configuration experience
- Experience supporting multiple Workday modules including HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Learning, and Payroll
- Strong understanding of HR operations and business processes
- Experience with reporting, analytics, integrations, and system optimization
- Proven stakeholder management and project leadership experience
- Workday Pro certifications preferred
- Experience supporting multi-state or national organizations preferred
