Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of HR systems including core HR, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, recruiting, performance management, and learning platforms.
- Troubleshoot system issues, research root causes, and partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Support integrations between HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, recruiting, and other business systems.
- Affiliate with system configurations, security administration, workflows, and process improvements.
- Cook up system testing, including upgrades, patches, enhancements, and new functionality.
- Create and maintain system documentation, process maps, and user guides.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations teams to support business needs and system enhancements.
- Coordinate and execute seasonal workforce readiness activities, including high-volume hiring and onboarding support.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Configure workflows, business rules, security roles, notifications, and system settings.
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and technically proficient.
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with a large hourly and seasonal workforce.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, recruiting, performance management, and learning platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
- Ability to coordinate and execute system testing, including upgrades, patches, enhancements, and new functionality.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and other relevant software tools.
