Become a HRIS Specialist with Agape Care Group! Are you an HRIS professional who knows UKG Pro inside and out? We’re looking for an HRIS Specialist - UKG Pro to take a hands-on role in managing, building, configuring, and optimizing our HR technology environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who doesn’t simply use an HRIS, but understands how to build it, configure it, improve it, troubleshoot it, and make it work better for the organization. Prior, hands-on UKG Pro experience is highly important for this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record working directly in UKG Pro, including system configuration, workflows, business processes, reporting, security, data management, integrations, and/or implementation. Responsibilities
- Own & Build the UKG Pro Environment: Serve as a key administrator and subject-matter expert for UKG Pro. Configure and maintain UKG Pro modules, workflows, business processes, permissions, and system settings. Help build out and continuously enhance the organization’s UKG Pro HRIS, translating HR and business requirements into effective system solutions.
