Day to Day Responsibilities

• Business Analysis experience with a proven track record of working independently
• Functional knowledge of Workday, especially data structures, organizations, and security concepts
• Experience with custom application development, particularly within Workday Extend environments
• Extensive business analysis skills, including translating complex requirements into technical solutions
• Ability to manage stakeholders confidently across various levels of the organization
• Change management experience and a mindset geared toward process improvement
• Exposure to application development lifecycle (preferred)
• Comfort working with HR-related business processes

• Independently analyze and break down complex business problems into clear requirements and solutions
• Build a custom application from scratch using Workday Extend, understanding underlying data structures and security concepts
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, Directors, and senior leaders to drive process enhancements
• Lead efforts to move teams away from manual, spreadsheet-driven processes towards scalable system solutions
• Communicate effectively with diverse organizational levels, challenging ideas constructively and influencing process improvements
• Manage requirements and deliverables with an organized, proactive approach

Pay Range

$75 - $80 per hour
