HRIS Analyst

The HRIS Analyst serves as the technical subject matter expert for Lanco’s Human Resources Information Systems, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, security, and performance of HR technology across the organization. This role supports the full employee lifecycle by maintaining and optimizing HR systems that support HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and employees. Working closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and IT partners, this role ensures systems are configured correctly, data is accurate, integrations run smoothly, and HR technology continues to evolve to meet business needs. What You’ll Do HRIS Administration & System Support Configure, maintain, and support HRIS modules, workflows, and security rolesTroubleshoot system issues and coordinate vendor support as neededMaintain accurate employee data and ensure system integrity across platformsMaintain system documentation, configurations, and process recordsServe as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related questions and supportSupport change management and system updates across the organizationPerform system testing and validation activities Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboardsSupport regulatory, audit, and compliance reporting requirementsAssist with data analysis to support HR and business decision-making System Optimization & Projects Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and process improvementSupport system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementationsParticipate in system releases and user acceptance testing (UAT)Document workflows, system changes, and business processes Integrations & Data Management Monitor and support HR system integrations (Payroll, Benefits, LMS, Recruiting, Time & Attendance)Ensure data consistency across connected HR systemsConduct audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies User Support & Training Provide training and support to HR and business usersDevelop user guides, job aids, and system documentationTroubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolutionSupport HR Data Management Coordinator as needed for business continuity What You Bring Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred3–5 years of HRIS experience, including system administration, configuration, and supportExperience with UKG, Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar HRIS platformsStrong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, employee lifecycle, and compliance requirementsExperience configuring HR technology solutions, including workflows, business rules, security roles, forms, notifications, and approval processesExperience supporting system implementations, upgrades, releases, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Experience with system integrations, data interfaces, and file transfersAdvanced Excel and reporting/analytics skillsStrong attention to detail, data accuracy, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred UKG Pro experienceExperience with HR analytics tools such as IBM Cognos, Power BI, or similar platformsManufacturing or multi-site environment experience Work Environment Office-based role with controlled conditions and moderate noise. Occasional travel may be required based on business needs. Compensation/Benefits We offer a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement. The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000, with final compensation based on experience, education, skills, and location.
