They will serve as the technical expert in the support and maintenance of human capital management systems (HCMs), ensuring data integrity, gathering requirements, testing system changes, report writing, and collaborating with the People Team to implement new functionality and troubleshoot issues. Responsible for resolving HR technology cases, managing system enhancements, performing audits, conducting testing, and overseeing small-to-medium-scale projects while analyzing data flows
