About the role

The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst supports the Bank’s “People First” focus and rules of engagement—maintaining a professional demeanor, working as an active member of the CNOB team, providing clients excellent service, always striving to make CNOB “A Better Place to Be.”

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Bank’s HRIS and related applications.
  • Maintain employee records, organizational structures, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Cook up system upgrades, testing, enhancements, and new functionality.
  • Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR data.
  • Solve HRIS issues directly or work with the appropriate vendors for issue resolution.
  • Analyze workforce metrics including headcount, turnover, hiring, diversity, compensation, and organizational trends.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
  • Leverage system analytics to drive strategic organizational decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Lead HR system projects, implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Recommend technology solutions that improve employee and manager experiences.
  • Document HR system procedures and maintain process documentation.
  • Provide training and support for managers and employees using HR systems.
  • Develop user guides, job aids, and training materials.

Requirements

  • A strong “People First” interest and ability.
  • Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of relevant Federal and State banking regulations, employment laws, HR data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience supporting an HRIS platform such as Paylocity, UKG Pro, ADP Workforce Now, Rippling or similar.
  • Experience creating reports and analyzing HR data.
  • Banking or financial services experience preferred.
  • Advanced Google Suite and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks.
  • A presence, confidence, and communication skills that assure effective participation at all levels of an organization.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS administration or related field.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and related software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

$85,000-$100,000

Schedule
