HRIS Analyst

About the role

As an HRIS Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring our HR systems, data, and reporting solutions are reliable, efficient, and impactful. You'll help optimize HR technology, maintain data integrity, and deliver meaningful workforce insights that support both day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making. Working closely with HR colleagues and stakeholders across the organization, you’ll lead system enhancements, support upgrades and implementations, and provide training and troubleshooting. Your work will directly contribute to better employee experience, stronger business outcomes, and a more data-driven HR function.
