HRBP Senior Consultant
About the role
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner Consultant to join our North America Client Group (NACG) HR team. This role plays an integral part in designing and delivering HR solutions across various topics including organizational design, change management, talent development, and total rewards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of HR solutions across a broad spectrum of topics including organizational design, change management, talent development, and total rewards.
- Provide thought leadership and equip our leaders and associates with tools they'll need to foster agility, innovation, and inclusion.
- Contribute strategically and hands-on to our long-term people strategy by partnering with the HR team and NACG business leaders to elevate the associate experience, develop talent of the future, and strengthen organizational excellence.
- Manage large scale rollouts and projects that have direct impact on the people component of our business strategy.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a HR Business Partner, preferably in financial services or large organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree required and master’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to learn business objectives quickly and influence talent and organization decisions that impact business outcomes.
- Extensive experience providing thought leadership, education, and tools to senior managers and associates and effectively manage organizational change and transition.
- Passionate about coaching, supporting, and developing talent, and have partnered with business leaders in developing high performing teams and driving associate engagement.
- Data person and know how to conduct HR trend analysis with large data sets across unique company and team cultures to identify opportunities.
- Enjoy working in fast-paced environments where critical thinking and proactive teamwork with colleagues around the globe is essential for success.
- A skilled communicator and thrive in team settings by being authentic, respectful, and engaging.
- Have a keen eye for details and can successfully complete competing priorities with high accuracy.
- Take a collaborative, considerate, and thoughtful approach to strategic HR projects, remembering behind every program are people who love their work.

Pay
Southern California Base Salary Range: $125,909-$201,454
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
