About the role

Calpion is an 18-year-old Dallas-headquartered technology firm that offers a range of AI solutions, custom enterprise application development, RPA solutions, cloud services, Salesforce consulting, customized invoice management software solutions, and other technology services. We specialize in healthcare, logistics, supply chain, biotechnology, hospitality, manufacturing, and airlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role, preferably in the ITES sector.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work in a rotational shift schedule (day and night).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop strategies to support business objectives.
• Guide on employee relations issues, performance management, and organizational development.
• Implement HR policies and programs that align with company culture and compliance requirements.
• Drive talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions for improvement.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and facilitate training and development programs.
• Manage and resolve employee grievances and disputes in a fair and timely manner.
• Collaborate with other HR functions (compensation, benefits, etc.) to ensure a cohesive approach to employee management.
