HR Technology & Analytics Specialist (Contractor)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a HR Technology & Analytics Specialist (Contractor) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This contractor will support HR technology operations and analytics work that helps improve reporting, data accuracy, and process efficiency. The role will partner closely with HR and IT to strengthen workflows, streamline file management, and identify practical automation opportunities. It is well suited for a hands-on HR technology professional who enjoys working across systems, reporting, and operational improvements in a remote environment. The assignment offers exposure to a range of HR systems and interdisciplinary collaboration over a 6-8 month contract. The work will emphasize accuracy, organization, and the use of AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and support better HR operations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

Compensation: $104,000 – $114,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Support reporting and process improvements in HR systems and applicant tracking systems
• Run and validate recurring and ad hoc reports from HR systems
• Use AI and automation tools to enhance reporting and processes
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and AI improvements
• Organize and update the HR SharePoint for improved usability
• Migrate HR files from Box to OneDrive/SharePoint and validate organization
• Conduct audits of employee files for accuracy and completeness

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR technology, HRIS, or analytics experience
• Knowledge of ADP and applicant tracking systems
• Proficient in Excel, reporting, and data validation tasks
• Experience using generative AI for improving efficiency and workflow
• Familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, Box, or similar document management tools
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
