HR Strategy & Operations - Senior Associate
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to develop and implement HR transformation strategies
- Collaborating with clients to assess and optimize HR processes, policies, and systems
- Providing guidance on HR technology implementation and service delivery models
- Supporting clients in aligning HR functions with business objectives to enhance service quality
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Engaging in stakeholder management to foster meaningful client relationships
- Applying business transformation techniques to drive organizational effectiveness
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
- Upholding professional and technical standards in accordance with firm guidelines
- Facilitating change management initiatives to improve employee engagement and workforce optimization
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
- Demonstrating skills in HR Technology Solution Architecture
- Utilizing analytical thinking for HR Transformation projects
- Engaging in strategic human resource planning and talent management
- Applying change management techniques in complex environments
- Leveraging business transformation insights for client support
- Excelling in stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
Qualifications

Pay
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
