Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain facility spreadsheets
  • Prepare and maintain employee files
  • File papers and documents into appropriate employee files; perform paper and system audits as necessary
  • Enter data into HRIS system ensuring the accuracy of information
  • Process new-hire, status change, and termination paperwork
  • Process and administer leave of absence requests and disability paperwork
  • Participate in recruitment and interview processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of direct experience in HR field
  • Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff, including executives
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills
  • High level of computer expertise, including use of database, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications
  • Flexible and innovative in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • Regularly required to talk and hear
  • Very active position requiring 98% standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing ladders
  • May need to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Schedule

This is a full-time 1st shift position. Schedule is Monday through Friday.

Travel

Local travel is expected for this position.
