Position Summary

In this role as HR Operations Representative you will provide support by delivering accurate and timely administration of HR processes. You will work across all HR functions to execute the processes and procedures that enable our shared success. This is a detailed oriented role that is relied on to manage priorities and regular and on-going transactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as initial contact for employee HR inquiries (policies, benefits, payroll, etc.) and escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate functions.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, email box and/or ticketing system with high volume inquiries from employees and hiring managers.
  • Administer, support, and coordinate various HR systems and processes, including monitoring and management of posting current information to HRforYOU SharePoint page(s) and other systems as needed.
  • Provide support and training to users on HR systems and processes.
  • Overall maintenance of employee files and data.
  • Support creating, populating and retrieving employee files upon request.
  • Update & maintain employee records & spreadsheets including data entry and auditing of employee information.
  • Administer processes related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Support I-9 processes: fielding questions or issues; running reports to ensure I-9s are completed on time and completing I-9 audits.
  • Cook unadministration and related inquiries, including HRM in processing.
  • Respond to HR verification requests.
  • Provide reporting, auditing, and data analysis as needed.
  • Document key processes and create standard operations for the HR Systems function.
  • Develop and administer quality assurance reviews as needed.
  • Collaborate with multiple HR functional areas based on business initiatives and projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all employee data.
  • Aid HR Leaders with special projects and performs additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Work Experience: 1+ years professional work experience required; HR experience preferred
  • Experience using ADP and/or other HR systems preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Knowledge and Technical Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate policies and legal terminology in a clear and concise manner. Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all employee data. Ability to foster effective working relationships and collaborate with other employees. Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently and meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Ability to draft well-written correspondence and documentation.

Salary Range

$52K - $65K Annually
