Key Responsibilities
- Aid in full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Onboard new hires, draft offer letters, and manage employment documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support benefits administration and open enrollment processes.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and track completion.
- Handle HR inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events and recognition programs.
Marketing Functions
- Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and company website.
- Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures and presentations.
- Aid in writing press releases, newsletters, and internal communications.
- Cook up trade show attendance, promotional materials, and sponsorship coordination.
- Track marketing metrics and compile monthly performance reports.
- Manage company photography and media asset library.
- Collaborate with vendors and design agencies on campaigns.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, marketing, or an administrative support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, BambooHR, or similar).
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
