HR Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business priorities into actionable HR initiatives, partnering closely with leadership to deliver people strategies aligned to business goals.
- Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and capability building to support current and future workforce needs.
- Lead employee and labor relations, including unionized workforce engagement, policy governance, compliance, and change management in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Leverage data and insights to inform workforce planning, identify trends, and guide strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge / Education And Qualifications
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
- Significant HR experience in a business partnering role, ideally within a fast-paced operations or industrial environment.
- Strong experience in employee relations, with experience working with unionized workforces strongly preferred.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or equivalent) preferred.
