HR Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead all aspects of human resources operations at Bath Fixtures, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure diversity and inclusion
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Plan and conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Administer benefits programs and handle insurance claims
• Manage employee health and safety programs
• Prepare and analyze HR data to support business decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of HR experience in the manufacturing or building materials industries, preferably in a managerial role
• Bilingual - Spanish/English required
• Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) highly preferred

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
