About the role
The Human Resources Manager will lead all aspects of human resources operations at Bath Fixtures, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure diversity and inclusion
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Plan and conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Administer benefits programs and handle insurance claims
- Manage employee health and safety programs
- Prepare and analyze HR data to support business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of HR experience in the manufacturing or building materials industries, preferably in a managerial role
- Bilingual - Spanish/English required
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) highly preferred
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
