Responsibilities
- Guide participants through a powerful mind and body experience using the BOX TO THE BEAT methodology
- Build a community around fitness and mental health
- Encourage and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals
Requirements
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Motivational and inspiring leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
- Experience in fitness coaching or a similar field
- Passion for mental health and its impact on fitness
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Knowledge of fitness and wellness principles
