We need to output HTML fragment with sections using

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, navigation, etc. Also remove application instructions. Keep substantive info. We need to parse the posting. First paragraph: "Accelerate the possible by joining a winning Amcor team..." That's about company overview. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for description of role. The company overview could be part of "About the role". We'll include that as prose under About the role. Then "Job Description Oversee all human resource functions of a facility..." This is responsibilities. So we can put under Responsibilities. Then bullet list of duties under "What You Get To Do". Those are responsibilities as well. We'll combine. Then "What We Value" and "What We Want From You" and "Our Expectations". Those could be Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Need to decide. We have sections: Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real specific content. We have Benefits described: list of benefits. So include Benefits section. Pay: Not mentioned explicitly. No salary info. So we should NOT include Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned. So no Schedule. Now we need to decide what goes into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The posting includes: "What We Value": Clear understanding of Amcor's Global Total Rewards Strategy; Working knowledge of HR Systems; Problem solving skills; Ability to challenge the status quo through collaboration and influence; Change & thought leadership; Strong communication skills; Results oriented and execution skills; Ability to respect and maintain confidential information. "What We Want From You": Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field; 3-5 years of Human Resource experience; experience leading and developing professionals; PHR desired; Previous project management skills required; WCOM Foundations training or similar business process improvement training; PHR certification preferr (typo: prefer). "Our Expectations": We Expect Our People To Be Guided By The Amcor Way And Demonstrate Our Values Every Day To Enable The Business To Win. We Are Winning When Our people are engaged and developing as part of a high-performing Amcor team... etc. This is more about values/culture, could be part of Qualifications or maybe not needed as separate. We could map: - Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years HR experience, PHR desired, project management skills, WCOM Foundations training. - Qualifications: Maybe "Experience leading and developing professionals", "PHR certification preferred". But we can combine. - Skills: Problem solving, communication, change leadership, results oriented, etc. Also "Clear understanding of Amcor's Global Total Rewards Strategy", "Working knowledge of HR Systems", "Ability to challenge the status quo through collaboration and influence", "Change & thought leadership", "Strong communication skills", "Results oriented and execution skills", "Ability to respect and maintain confidential information". We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to list each item as
  • under appropriate sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, navigation, social media links, etc. Also remove "If you would like more information about your EEO rights..." etc. Also remove "E-Verify" maybe? It's not boilerplate? It's a statement about verification; could be considered legal. Probably remove. Also remove "When you join Amcor, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits and compensation package that includes:" That's intro to benefits; we can keep as prose under Benefits. Now produce HTML. Structure:

    Now Requirements:

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
    • 3‑5 years of Human Resource experience.
    • Experience leading and developing professionals.
    • PHR desired (or PHR certification preferred).
    • Previous project management skills required.
    • WCOM Foundations training or similar business process improvement training.
Qualifications: maybe we can include "Clear understanding of Amcor's Global Total Rewards Strategy", "Working knowledge of HR Systems". But those could be skills. However we need to decide. We could treat Qualifications as: "Clear understanding of Amcor's Global Total Rewards Strategy", "Working knowledge of HR Systems". But those are more like knowledge/skills. Alternatively we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one, but we need to follow instruction: use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Requirements (education, experience, certifications). For Qualifications we could list "Clear understanding of Amcor's Global Total Rewards Strategy", "Working knowledge of HR Systems". Those are specific. Skills: problem solving, ability to challenge status quo, change & thought leadership, strong communication, results oriented, execution, confidentiality. Let's allocate: Qualifications: - Clear understanding of Amcor's Global Total Rewards Strategy - Working knowledge of HR Systems Skills: - Problem solving skills - Ability to challenge the status quo through collaboration and influence - Change & thought leadership - Strong communication skills - Results oriented and execution skills - Ability to respect and maintain confidential information Now Benefits:

    Benefits

    • Paid Parental Leave
    • Retirement Savings Plan with company match
    • Tuition Reimbursement (dependent upon approval)
    • Discretionary annual bonus program (initial eligibility dependent upon hire date)
We should not include Pay or Schedule sections. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: The initial paragraph about Accelerate the possible... we included as About the role. Also we included the sentence "At Amcor, we unpack possibility..." etc. That's fine. We need to ensure we didn't include any EEO or legal text. We removed the Equal Opportunity Employer paragraph, the accommodation request, E-Verify, etc. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The posting also had "More than 10,000 consumers worldwide encounter our products every second..." that's part of company overview, fine. Now ensure we didn't duplicate lines. We have many responsibilities; ensure we captured all from "What You Get To Do". Let's list them: - Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities - Supports WCOM initiatives and leads T&E pillar - Promotes and supports Amcor health and wellness initiatives - Accountable for accurate data entry, understanding current Workday processes, and partnering with business leaders to ensure data integrity - Handles all types of employee inquiries and issues - Ensures delivery of annual trainings such as union avoidance, anti-harassment, core values, etc. - Handles escalated employee inquiries and issues - Provides guidance to leaders regarding employee matters to include performance coaching, Performance Improvement Plans, Individual Development Plans, Human Capital Plans, succession planning, salary planning, etc. - Provides guidance on workforce planning which may include organizational re-design work, facilitation of a Talent Review/Selection process, job description creation and analysis, promotions, etc. - Conducts employee investigations, discipline, termination, etc. - Partners and collaborates with business leaders and serves as a member of the leadership team - Responsible for project management of various initiatives, and may serves as a team/project leader in company-wide projects generated from Business Partners and the Corporate HR function - Partners with the HR COE and Shared Services to ensure alignment with the needs of the business in the creation and delivery of HR programs - Acts as the primary liaison between employees, union (if applicable), and management. Provides union avoidance training. - Protects employee data and handles all information with integrity and confidentiality - Build, inspire, and lead teams/individuals in alignment with the overall Human Capital Strategy - Ensures we are hiring, developing, and retaining our best people - Support HR Service Delivery Model and encourage employees to leverage the model - Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise – best practice sharing - Drive consistency and sustainability with initiatives throughout the operation - Assist in the development of a world class organization and demonstrated leadership in building Amcor culture. - Successfully achieve milestone targets for HR roadmap - Institutionalize the performance management process and demonstrate differentiation in rewards. - Foster change leadership. We included all. Now check if any of these are duplicated: we have "Handles all types of employee inquiries and issues" and "Handles escalated employee inquiries and issues" separate; fine. Now ensure we didn't include any fl
