About the role
The Regional HR Lead serves as a strategic partner and operational leader supporting multiple job sites within a defined region. This role is responsible for driving HR execution across workforce planning, employee relations, compliance support, and engagement while ensuring alignment with company culture and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead HR partner for assigned region(s), supporting site leadership and workforce needs
- Execute HR strategies that align with business goals and operational priorities
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, and other areas as assigned
- Act as the first point of escalation for employee relations issues, conducting investigations and recommending resolutions
- Support a culture of accountability, respect, and engagement across all job sites
- Lead or support employee engagement initiatives, feedback loops, and cultural pulse checks with the onsite HR representative
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as client/site-specific requirements
- Partner with Safety and Operations to reinforce a compliant and safe work environment
- Participate in onboarding, documentation, and workforce processes to ensure accuracy and consistency as needed
- Aid in coordinating travel arrangements for new hires with Ops
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring needs, workforce planning, and onboarding execution and documentation
- Monitor workforce trends (turnover, attendance, engagement) and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Support performance management processes including coaching, corrective actions, and development planning
- Host New Hire Orientation weekly in office or virtual
- Provide bilingual communication (English/Spanish) to ensure clear understanding of policies, expectations, and workplace initiatives
- Support Spanish-speaking employees with onboarding, issue resolution, and engagement efforts
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience (field or multi-site environment preferred)
- Experience supporting construction, industrial, or field-based workforce strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices
- Ability to build trust and credibility with both field employees and leadership
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Qualifications

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
