Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
- Create job postings, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage hiring logistics
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new team members
- Support team members and managers with HR-related questions and guidance
- Aid in employee relations, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs
- Partner with department leaders on staffing needs and workforce planning
- Support HR projects, training programs, compliance initiatives, and process improvements
- Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with California labor laws, company policies, and hiring practices
- Translate and communicate HR information clearly in both English and Spanish
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- 4+ years of Human Resources experience preferred
- Recruiting and onboarding experience strongly preferred
- Hospitality or resort experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems
