Job Summary
CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center (HPMC) is an acute care facility founded in 1924, dedicated to serving the local multicultural community with quality medical and nursing care. Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Provides assistance with human resource processes.
- Primarily provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including front desk reception, record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
- Serve as a first point of contact by answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing requests appropriately.
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Aid with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employee files and documentation.
- Aid with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and tracking candidate status.
- Complete and maintain required employment documentation (e.g., I-9s and personnel files).
- Perform routine clerical duties such as filing, scanning, copying, mailing, and document preparation.
- Aid with HR processes such as performance reviews, employee communications, and reporting.
- Cookice meetings, appointments, and HR-related activities.
- Support compliance by maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
- Provide general office and administrative support as needed.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.

- Required Licensure, Certification, Registration Or Designation: Current Los Angeles County Fire Card (required within 30 days of hire), Assault Response Competency (ARC) (required within 30 days of hire).
