About the role

The Fountain Group is hiring an experienced HR Consultant, Talent & Program Management - Technology for a prominent client in the financial services industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with a strong background in talent management, project management, and HR business partnering who enjoys driving strategic talent initiatives while supporting operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Technology leaders and HR teams to develop and implement impactful talent management and employee engagement strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant by assessing talent needs and recommending solutions that strengthen talent pipelines and career development.
  • Design, administer, and manage talent development programs for Technology employees at all levels.
  • Support talent reviews, calibration sessions, succession planning, performance management, and career development initiatives.
  • Lead people analytics by building dashboards, analyzing workforce data, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights.
  • Coordinate Tech HR operating rhythms, including staff meetings, agendas, follow-ups, action item tracking, and key deliverables.
  • Manage recurring HR processes such as headcount reconciliation, immigration tracking, talent calendars, and engagement initiatives.
  • Develop presentations, summaries, and communications that translate HR data into meaningful business insights.
  • Drive cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across HR and Technology leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or High School Diploma with 6+ years of HR experience.
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience with a strong Talent Management background.
  • 4+ years of project management experience.
  • 2+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
  • Experience supporting executive leaders and both exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Strong experience with: talent reviews, talent calibration, succession planning, career development, employee engagement, performance management.
  • Experience compiling, analyzing, and presenting HR data.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills in a geographically diverse, matrixed organization.
  • Experience managing complex HR initiatives, recurring operating rhythms, and cross-functional deliverables.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and streamline work.
  • Financial services industry experience preferred.

Pay

$46.16 - $57.70/hour

Schedule

6-month contract with possible extensions. Remote with occasional travel to the nearest office required for team meetings, training, and culture events.
