HR Compliance Program Manager
What You'll Do
- Leading and overseeing investigations arising from ethics hotline reports, policy concerns, and employee relations matters
- Monitoring regulatory developments and partnering with HR and Legal to implement compliant, business-focused solutions
- Managing the company's Social Accountability Audit program, partnering with manufacturing locations, customers, and external auditors to ensure compliance with human rights, labor, and workplace standards
- Providing oversight of employment-based immigration programs and helping improve processes, controls, and workforce continuity strategies
- Leading employment compliance programs related to EEO reporting, VETS-4212 reporting, pay equity, living wage analyses, adverse impact assessments, accommodations, and other employment law-related requirements
- Influencing leaders and stakeholders across multiple functions to drive adoption, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities from investigations, compliance reviews, and audit findings to proactively strengthen organizational practices
- Developing tools, processes, training, and governance frameworks that improve consistency and effectiveness across the enterprise
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree and progressive experience in employee relations, investigations, HR compliance, employment law, and/or related fields
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and workplace compliance practices
- Experience leading cross-functional programs and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to turn complex challenges into effective solutions
- Experience with workplace investigations, immigration programs, workforce analytics, social accountability auditing, and/or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
