HR Compliance Lead

About the role

The HR Compliance team ensures compliance with regulations through fair and equitable employment practices. The team oversees compliance in the areas of Equal Employment Opportunity, Reasonable Accommodations, Unacceptable Workplace Conduct, Veterans and Employees with Disabilities, Data Privacy and Anti-Fraternization. The Compliance Lead will report to the HR Ethics and Compliance Manager and will work directly with employees and HR Centers of Excellence to ensure that applicants and employees are given equal opportunities in employment and contracting activities. The Compliance Lead will oversee, administer and be a technical resource for any and all accommodations issues that arise under federal and state law.
