HR Business Partner Manager - Hospice- West Coast

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR partnership and coaching for mid-management leaders (Manager-Director level)
  • Serve as lead support for escalated employee relations matters
  • Lead and support investigations related to employee complaints, misconduct, and retaliation
  • Provide performance management guidance, including corrective action and performance improvement strategies
  • Interpret policies and ensure fair, consistent practices aligned with legal and compliance requirements
  • Partner with HR Legal, Ethics, and Compliance on high-risk or complex cases
  • Analyze employee relation trends to proactively identify risks and recommend prevention strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or human resources preferred with a minimum of three years of experience (applicable Generalist experience must include Employee Relations, Compensation, Wage and Hour, State and Federal labor laws)
  • At least 3 years HR Generalist experience with a solid track record for delivering results
  • A strong emphasis in business processes, effectiveness, and leadership development
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting and/or a multi-state/distributive organization
  • Proven experience serving in both high-impact and operational HR roles
