Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR partnership and coaching for mid-management leaders (Manager-Director level)
- Serve as lead support for escalated employee relations matters
- Lead and support investigations related to employee complaints, misconduct, and retaliation
- Provide performance management guidance, including corrective action and performance improvement strategies
- Interpret policies and ensure fair, consistent practices aligned with legal and compliance requirements
- Partner with HR Legal, Ethics, and Compliance on high-risk or complex cases
- Analyze employee relation trends to proactively identify risks and recommend prevention strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or human resources preferred with a minimum of three years of experience (applicable Generalist experience must include Employee Relations, Compensation, Wage and Hour, State and Federal labor laws)
- At least 3 years HR Generalist experience with a solid track record for delivering results
- A strong emphasis in business processes, effectiveness, and leadership development
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting and/or a multi-state/distributive organization
- Proven experience serving in both high-impact and operational HR roles
