Job Description

Showcases leadership in spearheading initiatives that foster collaborative trust, elevate employee engagement, and enhance leadership effectiveness across various dimensions of the organization.

Understands HPE’s philosophy, values, and strategy to develop a high-performance workforce and coaching culture.

Collaborates closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Services to ensure that programs and initiatives are strategically aligned to achieve the organization's objectives through the coaching and organizational navigation.

Provides valuable support for complex organizational effectiveness projects and change initiatives, contributing to the successful execution of these endeavors.

Offers input to client groups for local and global business plan priorities, as well as the overall strategic and business planning process.

Applies emotional intelligence in executive coaching to senior leaders, guiding them in effectively navigating talent management strategies and strategic risk mitigation approaches.

Qualifications

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience, master’s degree preferred
• Typically, 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including consulting
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices and program implementation
• HR Business Partner experience preferred

• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, data interpretation, analysis, and insight storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Knowledge of local/regional labor and employment laws and regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in data analysis

Pay

The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level.

• United States of America: Annual Salary USD 92,600 - 213,500 in Texas
