Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage cycles in HRIS and Payroll systems.
  • Perform data entry across HR platforms.
  • Maintain accurate employee data.
  • Run standard reports as requested.
  • Prepare documentation packets.
  • Aid in onboarding paperwork preparation.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and meetings.
  • Handle catering orders and onsite hosted event coordination.
  • Execute a prioritized task list prepared by the Lead HR Generalist.
  • Communicate necessary status updates and flag issues.
  • Answer incoming calls professionally.
  • Directly deter unwanted solicitors from reaching employees.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous work experience in Human Resources or supporting a confidential department, preferably 0-2 years.
  • Prioritized coursework towards a degree may be considered.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of information.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Proficiency in ERP, HRIS, and/or payroll software systems (Epicor, Paylocity, ADP or similar product).
  • Exceptionally strong organizational abilities, both in physical and electronic workspace.
  • Flexible work schedule with a preference for Monday-Friday first shift, up to 20 hours per week.
