Responsibilities
- Set up and manage cycles in HRIS and Payroll systems.
- Perform data entry across HR platforms.
- Maintain accurate employee data.
- Run standard reports as requested.
- Prepare documentation packets.
- Aid in onboarding paperwork preparation.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and meetings.
- Handle catering orders and onsite hosted event coordination.
- Execute a prioritized task list prepared by the Lead HR Generalist.
- Communicate necessary status updates and flag issues.
- Answer incoming calls professionally.
- Directly deter unwanted solicitors from reaching employees.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous work experience in Human Resources or supporting a confidential department, preferably 0-2 years.
- Prioritized coursework towards a degree may be considered.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of information.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Proficiency in ERP, HRIS, and/or payroll software systems (Epicor, Paylocity, ADP or similar product).
- Exceptionally strong organizational abilities, both in physical and electronic workspace.
- Flexible work schedule with a preference for Monday-Friday first shift, up to 20 hours per week.
