HR Associate
Description
Support the legal recruiting team with interview scheduling and candidate coordination
Assist with recruiting events, campus recruiting initiatives, and onboarding activities
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruiting data and HR records with accuracy
Provide administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams
Assist with special projects and day-to-day HR operations as needed
Profile
1-4 years of professional experience in HR, recruiting, talent acquisition, event coordination, or a related administrative role
At least 1 full year of professional experience required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
