HR AI Product Owner
About the role
Join our global People Technology Services team as an AI Product & Innovation Owner! Help us revolutionize our human resources systems while providing exceptional support to our global workforce. This role is open to candidates local to our US Hub locations: Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL; or Dallas, TX.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis. The company does not provide immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Drive new AI use case discovery and strategy
- Define business requirements and use case vision
- Design and prototype GenAI-based solutions (prompting, low-code tools)
- Build POCs and support early-stage experimentation
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and vendor analysis
- Manage stakeholders across HR, IT, and AI Hub
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in AI for HR or Employee Experience landscape
- Strong technical problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to support diverse stakeholder groups
- Able to work independently with a high level of personal ownership within a global team
- Currently local to Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL; or Dallas, TX

Pay
For this U.S.-based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This range includes base pay and short-term incentives. Individual pay is determined by performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
