Requirements

• A minimum 5 years commercial building maintenance performing general maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Knowledge, experience and training in electrical, HVAC, pneumatic controls, plumbing and building construction fields.
• Knowledge and/or training in Industrial Healthy & Safety.
• Experience working on electrical systems and equipment up to 600 volts and troubleshooting low voltage lighting controls, replace relays, switches, etc.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing repairs.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the operation of boilers, chiller, cooling towers and air handling units.
• Ability to visually identify problems through controls and instrument gauges.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of proper lubrication procedures and belt maintenance.

Pay

Hourly Pay: Grade Step BC 050 Step 1 of 1 (Top Step) - 45.25 USD

Schedule

Normal hours are 7am to 3:30pm. Overtime may be necessary on an as needed basis.
