About the role

Work alongside an energetic team to design experimental studies, operate advanced analytical instrumentation, and drive continuous progress in drug development.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-level lab work and design experimental studies for novel therapeutic modalities and delivery systems.
• Perform routine and non-routine laboratory procedures, equipment maintenance, and method troubleshooting independently.
• Utilize traditional chromatography methods, including HPLC, alongside wet chemistry buffer and formulation preparations.
• Write detailed technical protocols, SOPs, and reports while maintaining continuous adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Collect, interpret, and present scientific findings directly to project teams and departmental stakeholders.
• Oversee laboratory organization, reagent tracking, and routine maintenance of analytical instrumentation.

Requirements

• Master's Degree with 4+ years or Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant life sciences experience (No PhD candidates).
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in HPLC, plate assays, particle analysis, and wet chemistry preparation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sub-micron particle sizing (DLS, FlowCam) or NMR spectroscopy analysis.
• Background in biophysical testing, including DNA/RNA isolation, electrophoresis, and PCR.
