HPLC Empower Subject Matter Expert

About the role

This position serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HPLC and Capillary Electrophoresis techniques using Eurofins' Empower software. The role involves training new analysts, assisting with instrument setup, and maintaining resources for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Participates in training curriculum development and application
• Assists training staff and management in scheduling and performing new hire HPLC and CE training
• Advises leadership on best training resources and usage of consumables for both HPLC and CE analyses
• Liaises with training center to prepare departmental materials for new hire arrivals
• Maintains current resources for instrument trouble-shooting and staff training
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in High Performance Liquid Chromatography instrumentation, Capillary Electrophoresis, and Empower Software
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship

• Basic Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in science or related field required
