What It Takes To Succeed

• Previous event or stage management experience is required—especially in fast-paced, immersive, or intense environments
• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment, Theater, or Event Management preferred)

The Maximum Work Week

• Thursday through Sunday
• Extended hours during rehearsals, install, and strike
• Willing and able to work nighttime hours, weekends, and holidays as required by the event

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, including during rehearsals and active show times
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds
• Comfortable working in outdoor and low-light environments with varying weather conditions
• Comfortable working in and around theatrical effects including fog, strobe lights, loud sounds, and themed elements

Compensation and Perks

Compensation: 20.00 USD Hourly
