About the Role

This posting is for the production and promotion of Episode 2: "What is success, really?" featuring Stephanie Wilson, a highly successful DC COO. The episode delves into themes of ambition, disillusionment, and the personal costs of professional achievement, including candid discussions about cheating, sexual abuse, and building a company to record-breaking heights.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and edit high-quality audio content for the podcast episode.
  • Conduct in-depth research and pre-interview preparation with the guest.
  • Facilitate a compelling, authentic conversation aligned with the show’s themes of hustle, resilience, and personal growth.
  • Promote the episode across platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure technical and creative consistency with the podcast’s brand and style.
