Job Description
The Project Engineer will review project specifications, prepare project documents, maintain the Project Master document list, lead project design coordination, coordinate engineering document submissions, facilitate vendor quote reviews, verify project progress, prepare monthly progress reports, coordinate vendor visits, attend customer meetings, support correspondence, track material status in SAP, prepare packing slips, expedite critical engineering solutions, oversee as-built documentation, and coordinate engineering responses to RFI from subcontractors.
Essential Functions
- Apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
- Read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
- Read and interpret AutoCAD engineering drawings and P&IDs.
- Communicate effectively with customers and maintain a positive attitude.
- Plan and manage multiple tasks or projects with attention to detail.
- Use MS Office software at a high level of proficiency.
- Use SAP.
- Use Primavera P6 preferred.
- Experience using AutoCAD 2D and Plant 3D preferred.

Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental or related field).
- Three (3) or more years of experience in a project-related industry.
- Prior water/wastewater infrastructure project experience preferred.
